We at JustaDayPass value your business and strive to provide transparent and fair policies for our customers. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before making your Day Pass purchase.

Cancellation Deadline

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled day pass usage to be eligible for a refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled day pass usage or for no-shows.

Refund Process

• Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase within 15 days.
• A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all eligible cancellations to cover administrative costs and potential loss of revenue.

No Show Policy

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows to ensure fairness to other customers who could have potentially purchased the Day Pass for that day.

Acknowledgement and Consent

All customers purchasing Day Passes through JustaDayPass are required to acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy before completing their purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

Effective Date

This cancellation policy is effective as of July 2025. Any purchases made after this date will be subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
