By accessing or using the JustaDayPass website and platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. User Agreement

By using the JustaDayPass platform, you agree to abide by the laws of the United States and Mexico. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the platform.

2. Account Registration

In order to access certain features of JustaDayPass, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment and Fees

Users may be required to pay fees for services provided on JustaDayPass. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified on the platform.

4. User Conduct

Users must not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities on the JustaDayPass platform. This includes, but is not limited to, violating intellectual property rights, posting harmful content, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on the JustaDayPass platform, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material, is the property of JustaDayPass and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

JustaDayPass is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform, except as required by law. Users assume all risks associated with their use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of both the United States and Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of JustaDayPass shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

We at JustaDayPass value your business and strive to provide transparent and fair policies for our customers. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before making your Day Pass purchase.

Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled day pass usage to be eligible for a refund.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled day pass usage or for no-shows.

Refund Process

Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase within 15 days.
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all eligible cancellations to cover administrative costs and potential loss of revenue.

No Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-shows to ensure fairness to other customers who could have potentially purchased the Day Pass for that day.

Acknowledgement and Consent

All customers purchasing Day Passes through JustaDayPass are required to acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy before completing their purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

Effective Date

This cancellation policy is effective as of July 2025. Any purchases made after this date will be subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
